Each session is designed to meet your needs using a Tensegrity Medicine lens to assess areas of restriction and create space and ease in the body and mind. Sessions incorporate one or more modalities, including Bowenwork®, Neurovascular Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reciprocal Glide, Myoskeletal and Lymphatic Drainage. Each modality can also be requested as a stand alone session.
